What information is needed for Manual JS?
Room-by-room design
Floor plans that include the following information:
All interior wall R value
Floor R value
Celling/Roof-R Valu and height
Window , Glass size U value and SHGC value
All condition area room name
we need floor plan for all measurement. if you don't have the floor plan, you can creat a hand sketch drawing in shows all measurement
Basement floor crawl space heated/cooled and included in the calculations?
What type of HVAC system are you installing? Heat pump/mini split /gas furcace/ package roof top/chiller,pump,FCU, AHU, FAHU/ VRF/ VAV System
What type of duct system are you looking to get designed?
Square metal trunk round branches
Round metal trunk round branches
Flex trunk & branch
Flex trunk Y joint
Brand of preferred equipment and preferred equipment series?

f you don’t have o floor plans, you can create a hand drawing or hand sketch (as shown on this drawing), but insure double-check all measurements will be here, . In this case, Graph paper will be your best helping hand.
