We provide technical design reports, HVAC Manual J/D/S calculations, ResCheck, architectural layouts, and material take-offs. Deliverables are generated based on the information, blueprints, and dimensions provided by the client.
Clients are required to submit accurate plan details and requirements. AR Design Solution is not liable for delayed approvals or revision costs arising from incorrect information provided by the client.
Minor revisions directly linked to the original plan submission are provided free of charge. Structural changes, major floor plan modifications, or scope alterations post-delivery may incur an additional fee.
