What’s included in the Manual JDS package??

A Residential Room by Room Manual J (Load calculations), Manual S (Equipment selection), Manual D (Duct design). The manuals are performed using the ACCA-approved software “Elite RHVAC” and follow ACCA Manual JDS standards.

What's the delivery time??

The delivery time is most often between 3-4 days, depending on the size of the project. Once I review your file, I'll send you a price quote, which will include the delivery time, and it's guaranteed that I'll deliver on time or early. The delivery time starts once the invoice is paid in full. Express delivery is available for an extra charge!

What software do you use??

Can this be used to get a permit??

Yes, it can. Most jurisdictions require these calculations to obtain a Permit to start construction. The Manual JDS is accepted in all 50 states.* Some states might require additional forms, such as Florida R405, or California Title 24, which can be purchased additionally.
